So, it looks like Carter Hart is a rapist. This all stems from an investigation connected to a $3.55 million dollar settlement to a woman who alleged that she was sexually assaulted by members of the 2018 Canadian World Junior team. She alleges that 5 members of the team sexually assaulted her in a hotel while at a gala for a for their 2018 Gold Medal winning team. These dudes who took part in this are 100% guilty. No way around it. It is said that they all met a bar and she came back to the hotel and took part in consensual sex act BUT then 7 other players came in the room and they were the ones who assaulted her.
